ABOUT LIZ
I’m Liz Goodman — systems strategist, operations consultant, and founder of Process 2 Profit™.
I help authors, coaches, consultants, and private practices streamline their operations so they can scale their impact without burning out.
I created the Business Productivity Framework™ after years of seeing brilliant entrepreneurs fail not because they lacked ideas…
but because they lacked systems.
My mission is simple:
Turn your business chaos into clarity — so you can finally focus on what you do best.
Our Core Identity & Business Framework
Company Signiture Lens
I see business through the eyes of someone who’s been bruised, blindsided, and rebuilt. I’ve failed publicly, trusted the wrong people, and been taken advantage of by people who called themselves “partners.” Those experiences shaped me just as much as finally meeting a leader I could admire—someone who embodied the kind of grounded, integrous success I wanted for myself. All of it taught me that business isn’t about perfection; it’s about pattern recognition. You learn what to repeat, what to release, and who actually deserves a seat at your table. That clarity is the lens I bring into every client relationship.
Because here’s the truth: most business owners give up too early or drift off course long before they hit their stride. They get excited about what they want to create and forget to deliver what their audience actually needs. That’s where my background becomes my advantage. I was trained as a nurse—someone who must assess quickly, prioritize accurately, and implement solutions even in messy, unstructured environments. I’ve had to build my own systems to survive, and that experience gave me a unique ability to walk into any business, identify the gaps, and design processes that not only meet expectations but elevate the entire operation. My signature lens is equal parts resilience, discernment, and systems-driven practicality—and it’s why my clients get results without the overwhelm.

Business Philosophy
PRODUCTIVITY PHILOSOPHY
Productivity isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing what matters on purpose. Systems, workflows, and SOPs are living things. They aren’t “set it and forget it” documents; they evolve with your business and reward you every time you return to them. When your operations run with intention instead of impulse, your time, energy, and creativity stop leaking. Productivity becomes less about hustle and more about clarity, consistency, and freedom.
MARKETING PHILOSOPHY
Marketing should never be manipulation — it’s communication. It’s the honest story of who you are, who you serve, and the transformation your work delivers. No hype, no silver bullets, no “one post to make you rich.” Simple? Yes. Easy? Never. But when you show up with truth, consistency, and a clear message, the right people recognize themselves in your work, and your marketing becomes a magnet instead of a megaphone.
LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY
Leadership is integrity in action. It’s owning the moments you fall short, fixing what’s broken, and staying above reproach when no one is watching. I lead with transparency, accountability, and the humility of someone who’s been hurt, disappointed, and used — and chose to become better instead of bitter. I believe in building people, not dependency. I believe in modeling the kind of success worth admiring, not just achieving.
CLIENT SUCCESS PHILOSOPHY
Clients succeed when they stay the course. Not when they’re perfect — but when they stay focused on what actually matters. Most people quit too early or chase distractions disguised as opportunities. My job is to help them see the truth of where they are, understand what needs to happen next, and support them through the discomfort of growth. I believe client success is built on honest expectations, clear systems, and consistent implementation.
OPERATIONS PHILOSOPHY
Your operations are the spine of your business — when they’re weak, everything collapses. I believe every business deserves simple, repeatable, reliable systems that reduce overwhelm and elevate performance. Chaos is not a personality trait; it’s an operational gap. Fix the workflow, document the process, build the system, and the stress dissolves. Smooth operations are the foundation for creativity, innovation, and scale.
PROFIT PHILOSOPHY
Profit is a byproduct of clarity and discipline, not luck or hustle. When systems are aligned, operations run clean, marketing communicates honestly, and clients stay focused, profit becomes predictable. I believe profit should feel ethical, earned, and sustainable — not accidental. True profit isn’t just financial; it’s the freedom to build a business you’re proud of, serve at a higher level, and design your business with confidence.
The Process to Profit Worldview Manifesto
I believe that a business is a living, breathing organism—never static, never finished. Systems, SOPs, and workflows are not boxes to be checked or projects to “knock out.” They are ongoing relationships that evolve with you, your clients, and the future you’re building. They will always require attention, refinement, and intentional stewardship… and in return, they will always reward you with clarity, profit, and peace of mind. The work never stops—because the growth never stops.
I believe in honesty, integrity, and owning your impact. In admitting when you’re wrong, fixing what needs fixing, and choosing the ethical path even when no one is watching. Business should be built on a foundation strong enough to withstand scrutiny and humble enough to learn.
I reject the myth of the magic bullet. The gurus who promise overnight success or one-time “easy” solutions sell shortcuts that collapse under the weight of real life. Yes, solutions can be simple. But they are rarely effortless. Sustainable success is built on clear thinking, consistent action, and systems that support you long after the hype fades.
And above all, I believe in wisdom—your own. Listen to your gut, but value discernment over impulse. Consider the pros, the cons, and the long-term impact. Let your decisions breathe. Let clarity rise to the surface. Then move forward with confidence.
This is the worldview:
No shortcuts. No façade. Just thoughtful action, ethical leadership, and systems that make success inevitable.
